Welcome to HER TYPE.

These Website and Event Terms (“Terms”) govern your use of HerTypeEntertainment.com and your interactions with HER TYPE’s online services. By using the website, submitting information, purchasing tickets, or attending a HER TYPE event, you agree to the applicable portions of these Terms.

Additional terms shown on a ticket listing, checkout page, venue policy, waiver, confirmation email, or event notice may also apply. If there is a conflict, the more specific event or transaction term will control for that event or purchase to the extent permitted by law.

21+ admission

HER TYPE is a 21+ nightlife experience unless a specific event listing expressly states otherwise. Guests may be required to present valid, government-issued photo identification. A ticket does not guarantee admission if a guest cannot satisfy age, identification, safety, venue, or lawful entry requirements.

Tickets, pricing & purchases

Official HER TYPE tickets are sold through Ticket Tailor or another checkout provider identified by HER TYPE. Prices, ticket tiers, taxes, fees, seating or placement details, entry times, and benefits are those displayed for the specific event at the time of purchase.

Do not purchase tickets from unauthorized resellers. HER TYPE is not responsible for counterfeit, duplicated, invalid, or unauthorized resale tickets.

Refunds & exchanges

Refund, exchange, transfer, cancellation, and rescheduling rules are governed by the policy shown on the applicable event listing or ticket checkout and by any rights that cannot legally be waived. Please review the event listing before purchasing.

Event changes

Live entertainment can change. To the extent permitted by law, HER TYPE may adjust cast members, performers, music, choreography, running order, show times, venue areas, seating or placement, production elements, or other event details when reasonably necessary.

If an event is postponed, relocated, materially changed, or cancelled, HER TYPE will communicate available options in accordance with the applicable ticket policy and law. No particular performer is guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing for that event.

Audience participation & consent

HER TYPE may include interactive, theatrical, or audience-participation moments. Participation is voluntary. Guests may decline participation, and performers and staff are expected to respect communicated boundaries.

Guests must also respect performers, staff, venue personnel, and other guests. A ticket does not grant permission to touch a performer or another guest without consent.

Guest conduct & removal

HER TYPE and its venue partners may refuse admission or remove a guest, without creating a right to a refund except where required by law or the applicable event policy, for conduct that threatens safety, disrupts the event, violates venue rules, involves harassment or non-consensual contact, involves unlawful activity, or materially interferes with performers, staff, or other guests.

Guests are responsible for complying with venue policies, alcohol-service rules, bag policies, smoking rules, photography restrictions, and lawful instructions from venue or event personnel.

Photography, recording & event media

Personal photography or recording may be restricted by the venue or event-specific rules. Professional equipment, flash, livestreaming, or commercial recording may be prohibited unless HER TYPE gives written permission.

HER TYPE may photograph or record portions of an event for promotional, archival, or operational purposes. If an event uses a specific media notice, release, designated recording area, or opt-out procedure, that event-specific notice will control.

Celebration inquiries & add-ons

Submitting a celebration inquiry does not reserve a date, seat, package, performer, or add-on. Celebration features are subject to availability, event format, venue restrictions, safety considerations, and any separate written confirmation or payment terms.

Casting applications

Submitting a casting application does not guarantee an audition, callback, engagement, employment, contractor relationship, or future opportunity. Applicants are responsible for ensuring that information and media links they submit are accurate and that they have the right to share those materials.

Business & venue inquiries

Submitting a venue, partnership, sponsorship, private-event, press, or business inquiry does not create a partnership, agency relationship, exclusivity obligation, confidentiality obligation, booking, or binding agreement. A business relationship exists only when authorized parties enter into a separate written agreement.

HER TYPE content & intellectual property

The HER TYPE name, logos, branding, site design, written content, graphics, promotional materials, show concepts, and other materials are owned by HER TYPE or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and share links to our public website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, impersonate, scrape for commercial reuse, or create confusingly similar branding from HER TYPE materials without permission.

Third-party services & links

Ticket Tailor, Squarespace, Formspree, social-media platforms, venues, payment processors, and other third parties operate under their own terms and policies. HER TYPE is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Website information & availability

We try to keep information accurate and current, but event information may change and the website may occasionally contain errors, interruptions, or outdated material. Event listings and direct communications from HER TYPE should be checked for the latest operational details.

The website is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HER TYPE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of the website or third-party services. Event-related liability, if any, remains subject to applicable law, venue agreements, event-specific terms, and non-waivable consumer rights.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the website, ticketing model, event operations, or legal requirements evolve. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
